Thaicom Public Company Limited Gived Cash Donations to DSWD and Philippine Red Cross

Thaicom Public Company Limited through its TC/IPSTAR Philippine Representative Office in Makati had gived cash donations to DSWD and to the Philippine Red Cross in the Yolanda devastated Tacloban city.

Thaicom PLC had also donated its IPSTAR broadband satellite services to some of the affected universities, like the Eastern Visayas State University and Leyte Normal College providing both Internet connectivity via IPSTAR (Thaicom 4 ) satellite.

Also, Thaicom PLC's IPSTAR broadband satellite services had played a very important roles not only in the affected banking industry in Tacloban city, but also

to some of the government agencies like DSWD and its well-known broadcasting

institution called PTV4.

RTVM was also served by IPSTAR broadband satellite services right after Yolanda hit the Eastern visayas, especially in Tacloban city.
