If it's hard to get rid of a bad habit for years now, how much more difficult it is to get rid of a bad habit done over and over again for more than four decades now.
However, as Plato said, "the first and greatest victory is to conquer yourself. To be conquered by yourself is of all things most shameful and vile." It's also my greatest challenge in life which I am aiming to succeed sooner or later.
